Looks like pretty standard fare for around here. Search for a mod and ask for authorship. They have pretty good guidelines to follow.

The guidelines require you to develop a history, a backlog of comments/discussions from which they can gauge your interest. You have a couple of posts in your area and two days (!) worth of comments, many of which are aimed at promoting yourself. Give it some time. We’ve had issues with several people who were given authorship, abused the privilege, were reprimanded, then abused the privilege again, and again, and again, and were finally banned. At least one tried to sneak back in with a burner account and immediately requested authorship with virtually no history on the site, kind of like you are doing now....
What’s the hurry? Chill out and enjoy the ride. Authorship will come in time if you aren’t an ass.

Make friends by becoming part of the discussion. This is a very open and tolerant community, but you must establish trust first. Authorship will come once people get to know you. Pushing for it too soon makes people wary of you and your intentions.
